Sordid Lives: The Series has one helluva antagonist in Bonnie Bedelia's Latrelle Williamson. In the middle of everything, and never in a good way, Latrelle is the poster childress for hypocrisy. Of course, Sissy doesn't trail far behind in that list. The extraordinary talent that Bonnie Bedelia has that allows her portrayal to go beyond the work of most actresses equally decorated (who could forget Bonnie's Golden Globe-nominated work in "Heart Like A Wheel" or "Presumed Innocent"?) is her full-to-core style of acting, rather living on camera. She can say a million insults in one glance up from her purse,
she can warm your heart when she glistens and smiles on the phone with her son Ty, she can make you laugh with one swish of her hands and constantly grabbing those damn pearls, but mostly she gives up boundaries and lets the audience feel with her every breath that she takes.She's one "pill poppin bitch" who needs to be added to the "Emmy's for Sordid Lives: The Series" list.
