Things don't get much funnier than this... especially not in less than 60 seconds.
Jason Dottley, from Sordid Lives: The Series, has no problems laughing at himself. Its amazing to me that he's so shameless. I love it. and Jennifer Hudson's Spotlight is my favorite track off her album too add to it!
I know I'd love to have jason at Oil Can Harry's here in Austin, maybe he'll consider it!
He is apparently going on a promotional speaking/club hosting tour that stretches wide across america and even into other countries. He's seeking advice on great bars to contact, and anyone interested in having him there. If you've missed his super hot calendars on ebay, check them out by searching for "jason dottley". he has them in Japanese, French and good ole English.
Here' is the myspace blog he jsut posted... (the link is above with the article title)

Brother Boy negotiates with Dr. Eve to continue therapy if he can perform as Tammy. Noleta is convinced G.W. is having an affair and Juanita shows up saying she has evidence of it in pictures.

I’m a Christian, you Fuckers
All kinds of Christians are getting mad about my Sarah Palin comments, and it is pissing me off.
First of all – you fucking fake Christians - don't fucking question my Christianity. I grew up in the church. My grandfather was a minister, who is with God now and talks to me in my dreams from God's corner office. I am a former Sunday school teacher. I taught the Bible to children and showed them how to love God and invite him into their hearts. I believe in God – but I don't fear him. God is my best friend. God is my ally. God is my boyfriend. God is my best fag. I am God's fag hag cuz didn't you know, God is a big fag. Serious bottom too. Butch in the streets, femme in the sheets. That is my God. God is my biggest fan. God gets me, dude.
God wants us all to just get along. He doesn't give a shit about the profanity. The bitch fucking invented profanity. He thinks it is hilarious. He just wants you to talk to him, and he doesn't care what you have to say. He just wants to keep the conversation going. Like Jay-Z, he just wants to love you. He just wants you to be able to make your own decisions. God is all about you and what you need. God is happy that you are gay. God made you fucking gay cuz he thinks it is awesome. God understands if you need to have an abortion. That is why he created abortion, on the 8th day. God accepts. God forgives. God loves all of us, even though some of us might have a problem with each other.
Don't fucking question my Christianity you fucking idiot assholes. If you continue to have a problem, then talk to God about it, not me, you fucking racist homophobic misogynist fake Christian shitheads. God thinks it is funny that I swear so much. He said I could use his name in vain or whatever. He just wants me to use it. He loves me. So fuck you. And I guess he loves you too. Even though you are fake Christian assholes. If you were truly Christians, you would let gays get married, and send them fucking presents from Bed Bath and Beyond!
If you truly believed in Jesus, you would try to be like him and love us, fags and dykes and feminists all. God bless you, even you. You fucking fuckers.
from Calpernia.com: Busy day! There is a nice two page spread on my in the October 2008 edition of “Psychology Today” magazine! Yay, thank you! I also received a special gift from Syntaur and got photographed by the paparazzi with Jason Dottley of “Sordid Lives” in West Hollywood.
10 P.M. (Logo) SORDID LIVES: THE SERIES Bitsy (Olivia Newton-John) and her gang decide to storm the church; Brother Boy (Leslie Jordan) makes a deal with Dr. Eve (Rosemary Alexander); and Noleta (Caroline Rhea) thinks G. W. (David Steen) is cheating. Meanwhile in Los Angeles, Ty (Jason Dottley) begins sessions with Dr. Ray O’Light (Candis Cayne), his 19th therapist in two years.
Episode 6 last night was the best episode of the series so far. What brilliant writing on Mr. Shores part and we must all stand back in roaring appreciation and awe of the tour-de-force performance that was had by Ms. Ann Walker. She killed it! Every beep, every call, every F*ck was flawless. And all with her hair in a wrap!
My favorite line was when the hair stylist said, "You want me to grab you a Coke?", "Sure," Lavonda responds. "What kind?". Lavonda answers, "Dr. Pepper." only in the South!!!
I'm on Del Shores mailing list for Sordid news and stuff and we just received the newest. I figured I'd just post it. If you want to join, just go to his official website.
I'll include a screenshot so you can appreciate the colors and pictures. September 8th Carrie Shores (15 years old) Speaks on Prop 8 Sordid Lives Marathon & New Episode - Wed Sunset Strips with Sordid Lives Cast in LA
I'm so proud of my daughter Caroline. She made a video expressing her view on Proposition 8 (the anti-gay marriage proposition in California). It's only 2:19 minutes. I would love it if you would watch a 15-year-old making a difference. (in picture: Jason, daughter Rebecca, me & Carrie). Click: CARRIE'S YOUTUBE to view.
SORDID MARATHON + NEW EPISODE WEDNESDAY
The reruns are over and tomorrow you get the first five plus the new episodes featuring the amazing work of Ann Walker (LaVonda) who finds out about Mama and G.W. and tries desperately to stop the affair and all rumors with the most elaborate cover-up I've certainly ever written. The marathon begins at 7:30 (EST) and the new episode airs at 10PM.
LESLIE JORDAN & SORDID/SISSIES CASTS TO APPEAR IN SUNSET STRIPS THIS SUNDAY
Mr. Jordan takes a break from his tour to star in Sunset Strips, benefiting Aids Project Los Angeles and The Actors Fund. The show will feature some of the Sordid Lives & Southern Baptist Sissies Cast -- Newell Alexander, Rosemary Alexander, Anthony Cherry, David Cowgill, Ted Detwiler, Dale Dickey, Sarah Hunley and Scott Presley. Only VIP ($160) and Premiumseats ($100) are left. For tixs, Click: SUNSET STRIPS TIX. This promises to be one hot show for two great causes.
AND, don't miss Jason Dottley talk everything "Sordid" with Shaun Daily Wednesday the 10th at 4PM (ET) -- BLOGTALKRADIO.
OMG! I cried. I can't imagine having grown up in a gay family, in a world (or a city) that is so open and understanding of homosexuality that I were as free and brave as Del Shores' daughter Carrie. 15 years old, she vlogged today (and it was added to Jason Dottley's youtube channel, posted to his myspace blog and facebook pages earlier) about Proposition 8 in California which is a bill that aims to repeal the May Supreme court ruling to allow gay marriage. According to Carrie's Vlog, Del Shores and Jason Dottley will be legally renewing their vows on Oct. 26, their 5 year wedding anniversary. In her Vlog, you can see pictures and the invitation to their ceremony on the beach.
We must pass this on as Carrie and her message is so inspiring. We also can't let California law revert because we need their progress in order to help propel the rest of us in this country into a more gay-understanding society.
We are so excited to announce that the We Want More Sordid Lives petition has just surpassed 1000 signatures! We will be publishing and passing on all these notes Monday!
Here's a look at the statistics report for the petition.
The most exciting data to me is that 66% of all polled said they watched each episode over 2 times!!! 27% said they watched each episode 4 or more times! That's incredible!
Also, over 20% of the people watching Logo had to change cable providers in order to get Logo to watch Sordid Lives. DirecTV has a huge coup on this series because in small town and more conservative markets where the local cable provider will not add Logo, DirecTV is the only nation-wide way to access the show. And it doesn't appear that an itunes release is imminent as there hasn't been any word of it at all. DirecTV owes alot to Sordid Lives: The Series and Logo, apparently from this information.

You can view the signatures and read the comments provided at this link, but you start at the end of the list and have to page back until you get to #1.
Jason Dottley's youtube.com channel (youtube.com/jason1dottley) has exploded with original wacky content. He obviously takes a good dose of laughing at himself regularly and seems to have a great sense of humor. But it's T. Ashanti Mozelle who steals the scene in this bit of You Tube Gold.
Calpernia Addams has won the season two guest star poll. And she has won by a landslide. Don't mess with her fans!
Calpernia posted this lovely note on one of the posts that sums it all up: Callie said... Aww thanks, kids! We'd all LOVE to see Dolly, Delta and the others on the show, but I'm sure the superstars wouldn't have too hard a time convincing Del to bring them in, if they're available. On the other hand, a fresh-faced young actress like me needs every bit of help she can get! ;)
Thanks for the votes so far! September 1, 2008 9:18 AM
Jason just posted on his official myspace page that he's started a VLOG about news and current events. It's a little long, but very entertaining! He talks about everything from microwaved babies (yes, i know) to Palin and an editorial by Gloria Steinem which is beautifully powerful. Check out his youtube page at Jason1Dottley's Channel
